Nancy Scott Hanway is a graduate of the Iowa Writers' Workshop. Her short fiction and creative nonfiction has appeared in many journals, including The Florida Review, North Dakota Quarterly, Willow Review, Washington Square, and Southern Indiana Review. She was recently named a finalist for the 2015 McKnight Artist Fellowship for Writers of Creative Prose.
